Your payment secures your participation. There is no saving spots. The cost of the challenge is $169.00 until Augus 29. After that the price goes up to 184.00. To register, fill out the waiver and release (below) and either email it if paying online, or mail it along with your payment to Mashup Fitness, PO Box 1054 Upton, MA 01568. Registration is only open to the first 20 participants so don't delay!
Everyone must fill out page one of the waiver and realease. New clients only fill out page two also.
